• Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

• Custom Wigs: Orders are shipped immediately upon completion, which may take up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Address Verification: Your shipping and billing addresses must match for your order to be processed.

• Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery.

• Responsibility Disclaimer: Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages.

 

 REFUNDS RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Ready to ship wigs

• Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted.

• Returns: To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

• Condition Requirements: Returned wigs must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with the lace fully intact.
  

This policy applies to wigs where a custom color or specific customization has been requested.

• Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.

• Approval Process: You will receive photos of your customized wig via email for approval. Please confirm your satisfaction or request adjustments before shipment. Modifications may extend turnaround time.

• Refunds: A full refund may be issued before your custom order has shipped only if we are found at fault (e.g., incorrect color or customization not matching your approved request). Otherwise, custom wigs are not eligible for returns or refunds after shipment.
